Full Day Beginners Class
This class is usually on weekends 10-3.30 pm
I take you on a journey through my childhood, teaching you the dishes I first learnt. The day will consist of cooking four items:
Pakoras
You will be amazed just how many pakoras you can make with one potato and one onion
2) How easy they are to make
3) How delicious they are, using the simplest of ingredients
Tarka Dhal-
A fabulously, delicious, nutritious and very economical dish, incredibly easy to make, very quick.
Aloo Gobi
Aloo means potato and Gobi means cauliflower, The number people that come to my classes and tell me they hate cauliflower, that view is soon changed after they taste the Aloo Gobi they’ve made. Again another dish using simple inexpensive ingredients to create an amazing dish
Roti
I call this the ooh, aah, wow session. We make a dough, roll it out - Place it on a Tava (flat pan) and watch it blow up like a whoopee cushion, to which everyone exclaims wow!
Pakoras, Tarka Dhal and Rotis are cooked individually and Aloo Gobi is cooked in two groups
All ingredients are provided.
You take home everything you cook.
Lunch is also included
